Arrival
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required forms for your procedure. A courtesy call is requested if you are running late; we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations
We would appreciate 12hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We may request a deposit of 50%, to ensure this.
Cell Phones
We ask that you have your cell phones turned off or on vibrate.
Payments
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and DermaLounge Gift Certi cates.
Gratuities
Gratuities/ Tips are left up to the discretion of the guest; they are not included in our prices.

There is a parking lot on the west side of the building.
